The Twist Silver Deafmetal® Safety Ring for Hearing Devices is a versatile, no‑piercing solution designed to help keep hearing devices securely in place. Featuring a twisted silver cuff design, this safety ring offers a clean, modern look while providing practical support for everyday use.

Crafted from sterling silver electroplated in a silver finish, the safety ring has a 12 mm cuff with a 2 mm bead, allowing it to sit comfortably around the ear without requiring a piercing. Deafmetal® Safety Rings are suitable for users who prefer a non‑earring option while still benefiting from secure device retention.

The Twist Silver Safety Ring can be used with or without a safety chain, depending on the hearing device.

  • Hearing Aids and on‑the‑ear cochlear implant processors: Select “Safety Ring” from the dropdown menu. The ring is attached to the device using a Deafmetal Holster (choose the holster colour if you do not already have one).
  • BAHA and off‑the‑ear cochlear implant processors (such as Kanso® or Rondo®): Select “Safety Ring + Chain Link” from the dropdown menu. The ring is attached using a compatible Deafmetal fastener, and a Safety Chain can be added as needed (safety chains sold separately).

Please note that Deafmetal Fasteners (including Holsters, Chain Links, and other attachments) are not included and must be ordered separately.
All Deafmetal® jewellery is sold as a single piece, not in pairs, as many users only wear one hearing device.
