The Deafmetal® Silver Rolo Safety Chain with Stud Attachment is a practical and minimal hearing aid jewellery accessory designed to provide secure everyday support. Featuring a silver rolo‑style safety chain paired with a stud attachment, this design offers a discreet and functional solution for users who prefer a clean, understated look.

Crafted from sterling silver, the rolo chain is durable yet lightweight and allows for flexible movement during wear. This safety chain is available in three length options—5 cm (1.96 inches), 7 cm (2.75 inches), and 9 cm (3.54 inches)—making it easy to select the most suitable length based on hairstyle, device position, or personal comfort.

The safety chain is designed to be used with a Deafmetal Holster, which attaches around a hearing aid or cochlear implant processor and provides a secure connection point. When correctly fitted, the chain helps reduce the risk of accidental device loss during everyday activities.

Please note that the Deafmetal Holster (the silicone attachment used to connect jewellery to hearing aids or processors) is not included and must be ordered separately. Holsters are available in various colours and are suitable for both hearing aids and cochlear implant processors.
