The Gold Armour Deafmetal® Safety Chain with Hook is a robust and practical piece of hearing aid jewellery designed to provide reliable everyday security. Featuring an armour‑style gold safety chain with a secure hook attachment, this design offers both durability and a refined metallic finish suitable for daily wear.

Crafted from sterling silver electroplated in a gold finish, the Armour Safety Chain combines strength with flexibility. Users can choose from three chain length options—5 cm (1.96 inches), 7 cm (2.75 inches), or 9 cm (3.54 inches)—allowing the chain to be tailored to individual comfort, hairstyle, and device placement.

The hook attachment enables easy connection to a Deafmetal Holster, which fits around Behind‑The‑Ear (BTE) hearing aids and Receiver‑In‑Canal (RIC) hearing aids, as well as on‑the‑ear cochlear implant processors. When fitted correctly, the safety chain helps reduce the risk of accidental hearing‑device loss while remaining discreet and comfortable.

Please note that the Deafmetal Holster—the silicone attachment used to connect jewellery to hearing aids and cochlear implant processors—is not included and must be ordered separately. Holsters are available in a variety of colours and are suitable for multiple hearing‑device types.

All Deafmetal® jewellery is sold as a single piece, not in pairs, as many users only wear one hearing device
