The Wild Deafmetal® Coil Hat is a bold and functional accessory designed to secure cochlear implant coils while adding a distinctive, stylish look. Made from glittering black leather, this Coil Hat is shaped to fit comfortably over the implant coil and helps keep it securely in place during everyday activities.

The Coil Hat features integrated Velcro on the inside, with three Velcro counterparts included per order. The shape of the Velcro attachment depends on the surface of your cochlear implant coil. The rectangular attachment (10 mm × 19 mm) is suitable for devices such as Cochlear™ Nucleus® 5 and 6, while the round attachment (19 mm diameter) fits models like Nucleus® 7 and 8.

Wild Coil Hats can be worn with or without a safety chain. When used with a safety chain, the Coil Hat can be attached to ear cuff safety rings, earrings, hair, or clothing for added security. If additional retention is required, users can choose the Coil Hat + Chain Link option from the dropdown menu. Safety chains are sold separately in the Just Safety Chains category.

All Deafmetal® products are sold as a single piece, not in pairs, as many users only wear one hearing device.
