The Double Silver Deafmetal® Safety Ring for Hearing Devices is a secure, no‑piercing solution designed to help keep hearing devices firmly in place throughout the day. Featuring a double‑banded sterling silver ring, this safety ring offers enhanced stability while maintaining a refined, minimalist appearance.

Unlike traditional earrings, the Double Silver Safety Ring sits comfortably on the ear without requiring a piercing, making it suitable for a wide range of users. The ring is crafted from sterling silver and measures 13 mm in diameter, with a 10 mm height, providing a balanced fit that supports everyday comfort and wearability.

The Safety Ring can be used in different configurations depending on the hearing device:

  • Hearing Aids & on‑the‑ear cochlear implant processors: Attach the Safety Ring to the device using a Deafmetal Holster for a secure and discreet connection.
  • BAHA and off‑the‑ear cochlear implant processors (such as Kanso® or Rondo®): The Safety Ring can be paired with a Safety Chain, connected using a suitable device‑specific Deafmetal fastener (safety chains sold separately).
  • Alternatively, users may select “Safety Ring + Chain Link” from the dropdown menu. In this option, the Chain Link is permanently attached to the ring, allowing a safety chain to be clipped on easily.

Please note that Deafmetal Fasteners (including Holsters, Chain Links, and other attachments) are not included and must be ordered separately based on your hearing device.

All Deafmetal® jewellery is sold as a single piece, not in pairs, as many users only wear one hearing device.
