The Safety Penny Red Deafmetal® Safety Chain Jewellery is a bold and recognisable Deafmetal design created to combine expressive colour with practical hearing‑device security. This piece features a red leather Penny earring paired with a sterling silver safety chain, forming part of the iconic Safety Penny range.

Crafted with a leather earring element and a sterling silver chain, Safety Penny Red is lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear. The standard chain length is 5.5 cm (2.15 inches), providing discreet support while allowing natural movement. Users can also customise the length and colour of the safety chain using the dropdown menu, allowing the jewellery to be adapted to individual preference and device positioning.
