The Sienna Deafmetal® Silver Safety Chain Earring with Zirconia is a classically styled piece of hearing aid jewelry designed to offer both refined aesthetics and dependable security. Sienna features a sleek silver earring with tiny zirconia stones inlaid along the front, creating a subtle sparkle suitable for everyday or formal wear.

The earring is crafted from nickel‑free platinum‑plated brass, paired with a sterling silver safety chain that helps reduce the risk of accidental loss when worn with hearing devices. Sienna is secured using an extra‑secure French lock mechanism, designed to provide additional stability and reassurance during daily activities.

Due to the French lock closure, the stud gauge is slightly thicker at 1 mm, compared to standard studs which are typically 0.7–0.8 mm. This added thickness contributes to the earring’s secure fit while remaining comfortable for regular wear.

The Sienna Deafmetal® earring is intended to be used with a Deafmetal Holster, which connects the safety chain to a hearing aid or cochlear implant processor. Please note that the Holster is not included and must be ordered separately.

All Deafmetal® jewelry is sold as a single piece, not in pairs, as many users only wear one hearing device.
